Founded in Edinburgh in 2007, we believe in living life to the full. We are a fully equipped boutique studio situated in the heart of Edinburghs New Town. All of our instructors are fully trained comprehensive and have undergone advanced teacher training as well as being trained in other alternative therapies. The core teachings and practices at Blue Sky Pilates help us deal with injuries such as back pain, disc injuries, osteoperosis, hip knee replacements, sports injuries or body that just wants to move.
We focus on helping clients better connect to their mind and body so they work painlessly together using a range of different treatments and modalities.
