This high intensity workout is a fusion of Ballet and Pilates. It incorporates the precision of Pilates and the technique of ballet. This challenging workout is set to the beat of high intensity music, but has the benefit of being low impact. Its guaranteed to have your heart rate soaring and your legs, butt and core burning. This is definitely a total body workout.
