“When I came to see Claire I was walking with two sticks after suffering from a significant MS relapse.  I had issues with core stability and balance when trying to walk.  I started with weekly 1-2-1 sessions where Claire focused on getting my abs to engage.  I am gladly, stickless, not quite a six pack but my walking is really strong and controlled.  I love it when I get to jump and run on the “whatever the machine is called – you fill this bit in Claire”.  It gets my heart rate up and it is the biggest adrenalin rush I have had in many months as the machine allows me to work my legs without having to manage my balance issues at the same time.  Awesome!
